Callaghan (née Connolly), Patricia – 14th December 2023 – Rathcoole, formerly Clondalkin, peacefully at Naas Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

Sadly missed by and forever loved by her loving daughters Laura, Amy and Amanda and their father John, her sons in law Simon, Des and Terry, her grandchildren Katelyn, Jake, Scott and Dylan, sisters Josephine and Kay, brothers Mick, Christy, Franky and Johnny, all her extended family, friends and neighbours.

May she Rest in Peace.

Reposing at her home on Tuesday, 19th December, between 5pm – 7pm. Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, 20th December, at 12 noon in The Holy Family Church, Rathcoole followed by Cremation at Newlands Crematorium.
