Heffernan (née Gilmartin) Patricia, (Co. Wexford and formerly Tallaght) passed peacefully, at home, surrounded by her loving family, on the 16th April 2026. Predeceased by her darling son Peter. Beloved wife and best friend to Alan and loving and adored mam to Thomas, Peter , Jacqueline, Joseph, Alan and Sarah-Jane. Patricia will be forever loved and always remembered by her family, sisters Philomena, Geraldine, Rita, Rosaleen, Margaret (Australia) and Frances, brother Hugh (Australia), brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, her much loved and cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren, extended family, friends, and wonderful neighbours.

Reposing in Fanagans Funeral Home, Tallaght Village, on Monday (20th April) from 5pm until 7pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday (21st April) at 11.15am in St Marks Church, Springfield, Tallaght following onto Newlands Cross Crematorium.
