Patricia Jackman, Claregalway, Galway. Sadly missed by her loving husband Nioclas, her son Jason, her brother Michael (Tuam), daughter in law Patricia Jackman (Carraroe), grandchildren, Sarah, Nina and Ruth, her sister in law Mary, relatives & friends.
Reposing at Lydon's Funeral Home, Carraroe on Wednesday, 2nd September, from 4.30pm to 5.30 pm with removal at 6 pm to Seipéal Mhic Dara, Carraroe. Funeral Mass on Thursday, 3rd September, at 12 noon in Seipéal Mhic Dara, Carraroe, burial afterwards in Clynagh Cemetery, Carraroe, Co. Galway.
Due to the on going health concerns and the government restrictions Patricia's funeral will be held privately by family members and friends. Those who would have liked to attend but due to current restrictions cannot, please leave a personal message in the condolences section below.
