Patricia JOHNSON O'CONNOR

Formerly of Ballymote, Co. Sligo, The Rotunda Hospital and Marley I.C.A. after a challenging illness bravely borne (peacefully) at St. Vincent’s Hospital surrounded by her family.  Predeceased by her infant son Phelim.  Sadly missed by her daughter Róisín, grandchildren Saorla, Manus and Cúshla, husband Dan (Fitzgerald), stepmother Therese, sisters Ann, Helen and Geraldine, brothers Brendan, Keenan and Hugh, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives, friends and neighbours. 

Reposing at her residence on (Sunday) from 12 noon to 3 pm prior to her removal to the Church of the Divine Word, Marley Rise due 4 pm.  Funeral Mass at 10 am on Monday morning and thereafter to Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross confined to close family and friends.  Family flowers only.  Donations in lieu to the LauraLynn Foundation.
