Patricia Kavanagh
Patricia Kavanagh - 20th May 2024 - late of Eastney Street, Greenwich, London and formerly Shamrock, Knockananna, Co Wicklow. Peacefully, in the care of Queen Elizabeth Hospital, London, surrounded by her loving family.
Patricia will be very deeply missed, forever loved and never forgotten by her daughter Tanya, grandchildren Alex and Oliver, step grand children Kian and Freya, son-in-law Jamie, brothers Tommy, Martin and the late Michael, Patrick, sisters Eilish, Philomena, Helen, Bernadette and the late Rose and Mary, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family relatives and friends.

The funeral will take place on 20th June. The funeral procession will leave Patricia’s home address at 2.45pm. The funeral service will take place on 20th June at 3.30pm at Eltham Crematorium, London, SE9 2AZ.
