Formerly Dean Hill.
Peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her parents Patsy and Nancy, brother Patrick and sister Margaret.
Patricia will be very sadly missed by her husband Thomas, children Georgina, Emma and TP, cherished grandchildren Isabella, Freya, Jyles, Amelia, Rocky and Sadie-Mai, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, sisters Mary, Ali and Jacinta, brother Joe, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at her home (A92 YRX4) on Tuesday and Wednesday from 2 pm to 8 pm. (One way system from Donore). Removal on Thursday morning at 10 am to arrive to The Church of the Assumption Beauparc for 11am Funeral Mass which can be viewed on https://www.mcnmedia.tv/Camera/churchof-the-assumption-beauparc. Burial afterwards in Knockcommon Cemetery.
