O’BRIEN, Patricia, (née Murphy), late of Ranelagh and formerly of Terenure, passed away peacefully, in her 93rd year, on the 24th of September 2025, in the loving care of her family and the wonderful staff at Gascoigne Nursing Home, Cowper Road.

Beloved wife of Patrick for 65 years and much-loved mother of Joan, Fiona, Patricia, Patrick, and Dervala. Patricia will be deeply missed by daughter-in-law and sons-in-law Olivia, Shane, Frank and Hugh, her cherished grandchildren Aly, Sarah, Conor, Steve, Megan, Holly, Hugo, Will and Alexander, brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and all extended family, neighbours and dear friends.

Requiescat In Pace

Patricia will be reposing at the Larry Massey Funeral Home, 100 Terenure Road North, D6W CY94, on Saturday (September 27th) from 3pm to 5pm. Removal on Monday morning (September 29th) to the Church of the Holy Name, Upper Beechwood Avenue, Ranelagh, D06 Y176, arriving for 10am Mass, followed by a Cremation Service at 11.30am in the Victorian Chapel, Mt. Jerome, Harold’s Cross, D6W HY98.

No flowers please, donations, if desired, to the Irish Heart Foundation.
