Patricia O'CONNELL
(née Hennessy)
Peacefully at home, beloved wife of the late Stanley, she will be sadly missed by her sons David and Michael (Jock), grandchildren Keira, Josh and Aisling, great-grandchildren Arlo, Hallie, Myles and Mabel, sisters Maureen and Mel, brother Colm, brothers-in-law Jim and Aidan,sister-in-law Rosemary,daughter-in-law Rena, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Main St, Tallaght Monday, 12th August 2024, between 5 pm and 7 pm. A celebration of Patricia’s life will be held in the Garden Chapel Mount Jerome Harold’s Cross at 2.15 pm Tuesday, 13th August. No flowers please, donations, if desired, to Our Lady’s Hospice and Care Services:-
