Patricia O’Hara (née Dunphy) 53 Seaview Park, Cliffoney, Co. Sligo and formerly Treacy Ave, Sligo – December 17, 2022. (peacefully) at her home surrounded by her loving family after a long illness bravely borne. Will always be remembered and loved by her family Alan, Amy and partner Joseph, John and partner Cara, her cherished grandsons Eoghan, Tom and Aaron, siblings Kay, Frances, Gabrielle and Oliver, brothers in law, sister in law, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, cousins, neighbours and friends.
Rest In Peace
Reposing at her home (Eircode F91K2A8) on Monday the 20th from 3pm to 8pm. Removal on Tuesday to the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Sligo, for Requiem Mass at 11.30am. Burial afterwards in Sligo cemetery. Anyone wishing to offer their sympathies may do so on the condolence section below.
