Patricia O’Leary (née Condon) (Raheny, Dublin) 30th October 2025. Peacefully in the loving care of her family, and the wonderful staff at St Gabriel’s Nursing Home. Predeceased by her dearly beloved husband John, parents Josephine and James, sisters Maisie, Annie and Winnie, her brother Tommy and niece Maria. Patricia will be very sadly missed by her loving and devoted son and daughter, Paul and Valerie. Adored Nana of Cian and Senan and step grand-daughter Ciara. Patricia will be forever and missed by her son-in-law David, daughter-in-law Rose, nieces and nephews Ralph, Aine, Alan, Laurence, Laura, Vanessa, Andrew and Sam, sisters-in-law Margaret and Mary, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at the Frank Jennings Funeral Home, Greendale Road, Kilbarrack, Dublin 5, (D05KP80), on Monday evening (3rd November) from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on Tuesday Morning (4th November) to St John The Evangelist Church, Kilbarrack, Dublin 5 for Funeral Mass at 10am, followed by burial in St Fintan’s Cemetery.
