Patricia (Pat) Farrell
(née McCabe)
Farrell (née McCabe) , Patricia (Pat) (Jobstown, Tallaght and late of Ballyfermot), December 31st, 2024 peacefully at Tallaght Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Noel and loving mam to Jackie, Noel, Sharon and Lisa. Sadly missed by her heartbroken family, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sons-in-law Patrick and Alan, daughter-in-law Theresa, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Rest in Peace.
Reposing at her home on Saturday and Sunday from 1pm until 6pm. Removal Monday (January 6th) to St Thomas the Apostle Church, Jobstown for 10am Funeral Mass and afterwards to Bohernabreena Cemetery. All enquiries to 01-4516701.
