HOLMES (nee Lynan) (Harmonstown) - June 6 2014 (peacefully), in Beaumont Hospital, Patricia (Pat) beloved wife of Andrew and mother of Philip; very sadly missed by her sister Mona Clarke and many friends.

Removal from Jennings Funeral Home, Springdale Road, Raheny on Monday to Our Lady of Mercy Church, Artane, arriving at 5.30 o'c. Funeral on Tuesday after 10 o'c. Mass in Glasnevin Crematorium.
