Patricia (Pat), peacefully in Tallaght University Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her loving husband Edward (Ned). Sadly missed by her family, son Clive, daughters Helen, Jennifer, and Fidelma, daughter in law Sara, sons in law Pat, Noel and Ken, grandchildren Lorna, Melissa, Aarron, Eric, Jessica, Hannah, Amie, Lisa and Lauren, great grandsons Jacob, Ben, Alex and Leon, brother in law Paddy, nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at her daughter Jennifer's home, (D24V5YE) on Wednesday April 2nd from 5pm - 7pm. Removal on Thursday morning to St. Dominic's Church, St.Dominic's Road, Tallaght,(D24T262) for Funeral Mass at 10.am, followed by cremation in Newlands Cross Crematorium at 12.30pm.
