Patricia (Pat) O'Keeffe
(née Hayes)
O’Keeffe (née Hayes) Patricia (Pat) (Avonbeg Road, Tallaght) 10th November 2023 peacefully, at Tallaght Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of Paddy and loving mam to Paul, Gavin and Laurence. Pat will be forever loved and deeply missed by her family, brothers Jimmy and Larry, sister-in-law Marie, daughters-in-law Philomena, Pauline and Fiona, her much loved and cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and wonderful neighbours.
May her gentle soul Rest in Peace.
Reposing in Fanagans Funeral Home, Mainstreet Tallaght, on Tuesday (14th November) from 3pm until 6pm. Removal on Wednesday (15th November) to St Dominic’s Church, Tallaght arriving for 10am Funeral Mass and afterwards to Bohernabreena Cemetery.
