Patricia "Pat" O'Sullivan
(née Guerin)

On April 8th, 2025, Patricia passed away following an illness bravely borne, surrounded by her loving family, in the excellent care of staff at Cork University Hospital. Loving wife of Jerry, much loved mother of Gearóid, Siobhán, Deirdre and Áine, beloved daughter of the late John and Ann Guerin, dear sister of Caroline (O’Callaghan), Sean and the late Raymond. Sadly missed by her heartbroken family, sons-in-law Justin, Barry and Ashley, her cherished grandchildren Ciara, Darragh, Grace, Sophie and Ryan, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives and a large circle of friends.

May she rest in peace.

The O’Sullivan family would like to sincerely thank the many people for their support during this very difficult time, it is very much appreciated by them.

House strictly private on Thursday April 10th

Reposing at her home in Mounteensudder P75 HF88 on Friday April 11th from 5pm to 8pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday April 12th at 11.30am at Sacred Heart Church, Glengarriff (to view live stream please click here) followed by a private cremation at the Island Crematorium.
