O'Sullivan (née Flavin), Patricia (Pat), Mulhussey, Maynooth, Co. Kildare and late of Rathgar, Dublin 6 and Rathfarnham, Dublin 14, July 5th 2024, peacefully surrounded by her loving family in the excellent care of the staff of The Hermitage Clinic, Lucan, pre-deceased by her best friend and sister-in-law Maureen, dearly missed and fondly remembered by her loving husband Des, children Deirdre, Gráinne, Shea and John, daughters-in-law Sandra and Jayne, grandchildren Daniel, Oisín, Jamie, Ciara, Eoin, Jack, Archie, Ava, Cian, Adam, Conor and his fiancé Hannah, Clodagh and her partner Gavin, great-grand children Ayla and Ciara, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, many good friends and her four legged companion Max.

May Pat Rest In Peace

Reposing at Oliver Reilly's Funeral Home, Leinster St., Maynooth, Co. Kildare (W23 V99E) on Sunday from 3pm concluding with evening prayers at 6pm. Removal from her residence on Monday at approx. 10:30am to arrive at St. Oliver Plunkett's Church, Kilcloon, Co. Meath for 11am Funeral Mass, followed by burial in adjoining cemetery. Those who are unable to attend the funeral, please leave a personal message for the family in the condolences section below.
