Patricia (Patty) Ging, Kilmead (formerly Booligh,) Athy, Co. Kildare passed away peacefully in St. Vincent’s Hospital, Athy on Sunday, 1st September surrounded by her family, predeceased by her husband Johnny. Patty, much loved mother of Noel, Padraig, Áine and Trisha, she will be sadly missed by her sons and daughters, grandchildren Jonathan, Shannon, Louise, Ciara, Jamie, Niall, Eóghain, Leo, Billy and Brónagh, son-in-law Kevin, daughters-in-law Cathriona and Carol, her brothers Joe, Harry, Leo, Mac, Sean and Eddie, sisters Rita and Anne, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Patty will repose at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Chapel Hill, Mt. Hawkins, Athy (R14 NX80) on Tuesday, 3rd September 2024, from 5pm until the conclusion of prayers at 7pm. Arriving at St. Ita’s Church, Kilmead, Co. Kildare for Requiem Mass at 11am on Wednesday, 4th September, 2024, (web stream click HERE,) burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.
