Poole, (née Kennerk), Patricia, (Patty), Kilmore West, Dublin, passed away 24th September 2021 (peacefully) at home surrounded by her loving family. Cherished mam to Teresa, Vincent, Brian, Rita, Damien, Georgina and the late Paul; very sadly missed by her loving family, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Removal Tuesday 28th September 2021 to the Church of St. Francis of Assisi, Priorswood for 10am Funeral Mass followed by burial in Fingal Cemetery.
