SHIELDS (née McCarthy) (Blanchardstown, Dublin and formerly of Clonakilty, Co. Cork) July 15th 2025 Peacefully in the loving care of her family and the staff at Woodlands, Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown. Patricia (Nanny Pat), beloved wife of the late Sean, cherished mother of Jacinta and Sabrina, Nanny to Sean Óg, Tadhg and Breya, great-nanny to Jack and Ollie and mother-in-law to Ray. Sadly missed by her loving family, relatives and friends.
Rest in Peace
Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Church Avenue, Blanchardstown on Friday evening (July 18th) from 5pm to 7pm. Removal to St. Brigid’s Church, Blanchardstown on Saturday morning (July 19th) arriving for Requiem Mass at 10am followed by burial in Mulhuddart Cemetery. Patricia’s Funeral Mass can be viewed by following this LINK on Saturday morning (Live only). Family flowers only, please.
