STEPHENS (née Cullen) (Dun Laoghaire and formerly of Sallynoggin) – September 5th 2025 (peacefully) surrounded by her family and in the wonderful kind care of the staff at the Dalkey Community Care Unit. Patricia; Predeceased by her parents Mary and Patrick, siblings Patrick, Michael, Simon, Sean and Maureen, sons John and Paul and granddaughter baby Niamh. Sadly missed by her children Trisha, Lisa, Andy, Sarah, Sean and Megan and their father Johny, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, brothers Martin, Aidan, Thomas, Richard and David, sisters Clare, Carmel and Elizabeth, extended family, relatives and friends.

May she rest in peace.

Reposing at Patrick O’Donovan & Son Funeral Home, Sallynoggin A96 V962 on Wednesday (Sept 10th) from 5pm to 7pm (all welcome). Removal on Thursday (Sept 11th) to Our Lady of Victories Church, Sallynoggin arriving for 10am Requiem Mass. Funeral immediately afterwards to Shanganagh Cemetery, Shankill.
