Peacefully, at home surrounded by her loving family.Beloved wife of David & much loved mother of Mary, Paul & Dave. Sadly missed & lovingly remembered by her loving husband, daughter, sons, grandchildren Darren, Amy, Jamie, Katie, Chloe & Aaron, sisters Carmel & Geraldine, brother Kieran, son in law Richard, daughter in law Deirdre, brothers in law, sister in law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours & a large circle of friends.

Due to current HSE guidelines regarding public gatherings a private family funeral will take place on Tuesday at 1pm in the Church of St. Joseph, Little Island, followed by burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Little Island. Patricia's family thank you for your cooperation at this difficult time. Those who would have liked to attend Patricia's funeral but due to current restrictions cannot, please leave your personal message in the condolence section below. 

Patricia's family would sincerely like to thank the Irish Cancer Society, Marymount Hospice & all those who helped to care for Patricia during her brief illness.
