Patrick Ambrose ‘Ambie’ McMullen, (Cobar NSW Australia and formerly of Cootehill Co.Cavan). Passed away tragically on 28th of October 2025 aged 59 years. Predeceased by his parents Ambrose and Maureen, brother James and brother in law Cathal.
Deeply loved husband, best friend and soulmate of Regina (Genie)(née Meleady)(Clonbullogue, Offaly). Devoted father who will be forever missed by his sons, Darragh, Conor, Tadhg and Oisín and their partners.
Cherished brother of Mary Kevin and Dympna. Treasured brother-in-law of Simon, Sam, Breeda & Damien, Niamh & Tom, Diarmaid & Louise, John & Shirley, Martin & Emeria. Son in law of Rita. Much respected and admired uncle, nephew, godfather, cousin, mentor, father-figure and loyal friend.

Humble in life, rich in love and remembered in every heart he touched.

A funeral service to celebrate Ambie’s life will be held in Cobar, NSW on Friday 14th of November.

Memorial Service will take place on Monday 22nd December in the Errigal Hotel, Cootehill, Co Cavan.

Family will be available for the expression of condolences from 1-2pm followed by Memorial Service at 2pm.
