Unexpectedly, on January 28th 2021. Dearly beloved son of Damien & Fiona, much loved brother of Siobhán, Liam & Louise. Patrick will be sadly missed by his loving grandparents John & Mary Conway (Lettermoghera, Newport), aunts & uncles Ray, Julianna, Claire, Carmel, Rónán & Tina (Conway family), Bernadette, Anne, Patrick, Michael, Noreen & Carmel (Leahy family), aunts-in-law, uncles-in-law, god-daughter Éala, cousins, relatives, neighbours & friends.

Due to the HSE guidelines and current restrictions regarding public gatherings, Patrick's Funeral will be strictly private to close family members only. The family would like to thank you for your co-operation and consideration at this difficult time. Patrick's Funeral Mass will take place in private this Monday, February 1st, at 12 midday, followed by burial in Fahy Cemetery.
