Peacefully, in the company of his family, while in the tender care of the doctors and nurses at Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross. Sadly missed and deeply regretted by his loving wife Carmel and his sons Rob, Mark and Cian, daughter-in-law Erika, treasured grandchildren Thomas and Grace, Mark and Cian’s partners Megan and Lana, his sister Deirdre (Dee) sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Patrick will repose at Fanagan's Funeral Home, Willbrook, Rathfarnham, on Monday, 15th August, from 5pm to 7:30pm. A celebration of Patrick’s life will take place in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome, on Tuesday, 16th August at 1pm followed by cremation.
