The death has occurred of
Patrick Fanahan (P.F) Fox
FOX (Melbourn Road, Bishopstown, and formerly of Derrylahen, Mitchelstown, Co. Cork) on 12th July 2024, peacefully surrounded by his loving family, in the wonderful care of doctors and nursing staff of the Cork University Hospital, PATRICK FANAHAN (P.F.) (Emeritus Professor of Food Chemistry, UCC), dearly loved husband of Olive (née Lenihan), much loved dad of Kathy, Deirdre and Patrick Denis, adored grandad of Kate, Miriam and Robert, dear brother of Sr. Marie, Eileen, Sr. Claire, Thomas, Thérèse, Noreen and the late Morgan.
Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife and family, sons-in-law Paul and Arnold, daughter-in-law Yvonne, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, grand-nephews, grand-nieces, colleagues at UCC and worldwide, friends and neighbours.
Reposing at the Wilton Funeral Home, Sarsfield Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd; On Monday (July 15th) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.
Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Tuesday (July 16th) in the Church of the Real Presence, Curraheen Road which can be viewed
Funeral afterwards to St. Oliver’s Cemetery, Model Farm Road.
