Patrick Greaney

Patrick Greaney, Knockareen, Corrandulla, Co. Galway, 27th March 2026, passed away unexpectedly at home. Pre-deceased by his parents, mother Bridie and father Peter Greaney, aunt Maureen Forde (Annaghdown), uncles Paddy, Johnny, Michael and Jimmy. Deeply regretted by his heartbroken family, his wife Clare, sons Niall and Eoin, daughter Sarah, sister Mary McFadden (Castlebar), brothers Michael (Knockareen), Joseph (Rahoon) and Peter (Knockareen), mother-in-law Bridie Conlon, father-in-law Anthony Conlon (Ballynew), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts Kathleen Geraghty (Carraghy) and Josephine Gannon (Slievefinn), nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Corrandulla Mortuary Chapel (H91 HN83) on Tuesday evening 31st March from 6pm with removal at 8pm to the adjoining church. Funeral Mass for Patrick will take place on Wednesday morning 1st April at 11am in St Brendan’s Church Corrandulla (H91 HN83). Private cremation to follow at Shannon Crematorium. Mass can be viewed live on www.churchtv.ie/corrandulla and broadcast on parish radio at 106.6fm. House strictly private. No flowers by request.
