Patrick passed peacefully at The Mater Hospital Dublin, surrounded by his loving family,

on Tuesday the 25th of June 2024, RIP.

 

 

Patrick will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his brother Stephen his sister Joanie and his sister-in-law Ann. He will be forever missed by all his relatives, extended family, wonderful neighbours and many many friends.

 

The Heffernan family would like to thank with great appreciation all the medical staff who cared for Patrick with so much respect and dignity.

 

 

May his gentle soul rest in peace.

 

 

Patrick's Reposal and Prayer Service will take place at Falconer Funeral Home, Riverstown, Tramore, Co. Waterford X91TW21, on Tuesday the 2nd of July. The Reposal will be open to the public from 10 am to 10:45 am with a Prayer Service starting at 10:45 am .

 

At the conclusion of the Prayer Service at approximately 11 am, his Funeral Cortege will walk from the Funeral Home to St. Declan's Cemetery where he will be laid to rest.
