Patrick Joseph DUFFY
DUFFY Patrick Joseph (Bray, Co. Wicklow, formerly of Geevagh, Co. Sligo) September 22, 2016 (peacefully) in the company of his loving family under the exceptional care of the staff at Cairnhill Nursing Home, Bray.
Dearly loved husband of Anne (Fagan), wonderful father of Dervilla (O’Neill), devoted brother of Tommy, loving father-in-law of Domhnall, proud grandad to Jack, Billy, Rory, Kevin and Brendan and athair críonna to Bridget and Lily. He will be sadly missed by his extended Duffy and Fagan families, his former colleagues in An Garda Siochána, his many great friends and neighbours who have been wonderfully supportive throughout his illness.
Reposing at his home on Friday from 4pm to 9pm and house private thereafter. Funeral arriving on Saturday morning at 9.45am to the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer, Main Street Bray, for 10am Funeral Mass followed by burial in Springfield Cemetery, Killarney Road, Bray. Family flowers only please; donations, if desired, to Bray Community Helpers, Holy Redeemer Parish, Bray.
