The death has occurred of
Patrick Joseph Maguire
Maguire, Church Cross, Skibbereen (late of Dreenlomane, Ballydehob and Former Postmaster at Bantry Post Office). On January 26th, 2025 peacefully in his 95th year, surrounded by his loving family and in the excellent care of the staff at Schull Community Hospital. PAT, beloved husband to Vera (nee Connolly) and dear father of Derek, Mary Lou (Leahy), Karen (McGrath) and Pat. Deeply missed by his loving family, sons-in-law Brendan and Aidan, daughters-in-law Liz and Sinéad, heart broken grandchildren Chlöé, Sophia Kate, Jack, Jodie, Kevin, Stephen and Colin, his adoring sister Mary (Geary), sister-in-law Theresa Bowman, brother-in-law Pat Connolly, his adored nephews, nieces and many friends in the community.

Reposing at his residence in Church Cross (P81T205) on Tuesday 28th January, from 5pm to 7pm followed by prayers. Requiem Mass at 12 noon, on Wednesday 29th January in St.Comghall's Church, Lisheen livestreamed via http://Corklivestream.com/funerals Funeral afterwards to St.Patrick’s Cemetery, Coronea, Skibbereen.
