Patrick Joseph (Pat) Greenan

Pat passed away peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff at the Galway Hospice, surrounded by his loving wife and five children.

Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Mary and son Kevin, his brother Francis (UK), sister Mary Reynolds (New Jersey) and his recently deceased brother Tom (Castlebar, Co. Mayo).

He will be forever missed by his loving wife Delia (née Murphy, Glencorrib), his children Caroline, Susan, Patrick, Breda and Regina, sons-in-law Jonathan, David, Macdara and James and daughter-in-law Jacquelina. Fondly remembered also with great love and affection by his eighteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren, neighbours and friends.

May his gentle soul rest in peace

Wednesday 2 July 2025 - Reposing at the O'Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, Galway (H91 V1K8) from 5 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.

Thursday 3 July 2025 - Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Pat at St. Joseph's Church, Presentation Road on arrival at 11.00 a.m. Live streaming link: st-josephs-church-galway - MCN. Following Mass Pat will be laid to rest in Rahoon cemetery.
