Patrick Joseph (P.J.) Duffy

The death has occurred of Patrick Joseph (P.J.) Duffy, Tullylougherney, Magheracloone, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan, peacefully at his home, 28th May 2024.

Deeply regretted by his loving wife Bernadette, daughters Aisling (David Ward), Amy (Nick Waring), & Adel (Pat O’Sullivan), sons Michael (Suchep) & Alan (Yvonne), brother Peadar (Magheracloone), sisters Patricia Monaghan (Kilmainhamwood), & Nancy Burchell (Australia). Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Shannon, Daragh, Ella, Éabha, Frankie, Logan, Lily, Max, Nicholas, Tom and Esme. Sadly missed by his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Rest In Peace

Reposing at his home (A81 YK16) on Thursday, 30th May from 4pm to 8pm and on Friday, 31st May, from 4pm until 8pm. A one way system will be in operation during reposing hours from the main Carrickmacross - Kingscourt road. Removal on Saturday morning, 1st June, from his home at 11:30 am, to arrive at St. Peter and Paul's Church, Lower Magheracloone, for the funeral Mass at 12 pm, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
