Kilmartin Patrick (Pat), 23 January 2026(Killinarden Heights Tallaght and late of Clogheen, Tipperary), has passed away peacefully after a short illness.

Pat will be forever loved and very sadly missed by his devoted wife Carmel, loving son Patrick, daughters Bernie and the late Cathy,
adored grandchildren Katie, Lucy, Grace, Louis, Frankie, Molly, Abigail, Elliot, daughter-in-law Teresa, son-in-law
Peter, his brothers and sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Tallaght Village on Monday (January 26th) from 5pm until 7pm.

Removal on Tuesday (January 27th) to Sacred Heart Church, Killinarden arriving for 10am Funeral Mass and afterwards to Newlands Cross Crematorium. Family Flowers only please.
