Patrick Kirby

Patrick (Pats) died peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on 23rd February 2026. Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth. Sadly missed and forever loved by his son Denis and daughters Liz, Eileen and Anne, his grandchildren Patrick, Aoife, Donnacha, Luke, Hannah, Will, Tom, Fionn, Méabh, Micheál, Sophia, Ella and James. His sisters Kitt (O’Donovan), Sr. Elizabeth Kirby, Sr. Eileen Kirby and Mary Kirby. His daughter in law Elaine, sons in law Eoghan, Philip and Jim. His brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May He Rest in Peace, Safe in the Arms of Jesus.

Reposing at Riedy’s Funeral Home, Newcastle West on Wednesday 25th February from 6pm with removal at 8pm to St Ita’s Church, Ashford. Requiem mass is on Thursday 26th February at 12noon in St Ita’s Church. Burial afterwards in St Ita’s Cemetery, Killeedy.
