Patrick Lynam

Patrick Lynam passed away unexpectedly, on 15 November 2025, in the company of his loving family and in the exceptional care of St. Luc University Clinic, Brussels.

He is lovingly remembered by his heartbroken wife, Sheila; his adored children, Shane and Eibhlinn, their respective partners Monika and Sam; and his cherished grandchildren, Milo, Luna, Stella and Faye.

Predeceased by his beloved parents, Patsy and Brigid, Patrick will be deeply missed by his sisters, Marie and Valerie, his brother, Tony, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, and extended family. He will also be fondly remembered throughout his wide circle of friends in Ireland, Belgium and France, where he lived and worked throughout his long and full career.

The funeral service will take place at St. Anthony’s Parish Church, Kraainem, Belgium, at 11am on Thursday, 20 November 2025.
