Patrick Mac Sweeney
Mac Sweeney, Patrick (Tolka Estate, Glasnevin and formerly Synnott Place) August 14, 2021, beloved husband of Moira and father of Paul, Mary, Brian and John Patrick, brother of Moira the late Kay, Noel, Sean and Imelda. Dearly missed by his sisters and brothers in law, daughters in law, grandchildren Oisín, Ama, Molly, Grace and Fraoch, nieces, nephews, family and friends and former colleagues from Eircom.
Rest in Peace.
