Formerly of Captains Road, Crumlin. Unexpectedly, at Tallaght Hospital. Patrick (Macker), beloved husband of Sheila and dear father of Lavinia, Celine, Nicola, Johnsy and Nikita; Sadly missed by his loving wife, son, daughters, mother Dina, brothers, sisters, uncles, aunts, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
