18th August 2015, at our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Patrick, loving husband of Patricia and loving father to Grainne, Padraig and Una and grandfather to Adam and Luke. Sadly missed by his wife, daughters, son, grandchildren, son-in-law John, brother Tommy, sisters Cissie and Una, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends
Rest In Peace
Reposing at his home on Thursday from 3pm to 8pm. Removal on Friday at 10.30am for Requiem Mass at 11am in Holy Family Church, Ballsgrove. Cremation afterwards in Glasnevin Crematorium. House private on Friday morning please. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to Motor Neurone Disease Association.
