The death has occurred of
Patrick Martin Tom MONGAN
PATRICK MARTIN TOM MONGAN Ardnanagh, Roscommon Town. December 28th, 2024, (Peacefully), in the arms of his heartbroken parents, Pat and Diane, and in the devoted care of the staff at Portiuncula University Hospital. He will be forever missed by his loving parents, his baby brother Dylan, his grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins, neighbours and his wonderful carers and friends in Lean ar Aghaidh and St Hilda’s.
Safe in the arms of Jesus.
Reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon F42 NH27 on Monday from 2 o’c until 4 o’c followed by removal to the Sacred Heart Church, Roscommon. Mass of Remembrance for Patrick will take place on Tuesday at 11 o’c followed by burial in St Coman’s Cemetery, Roscommon.
