The death has occured of Patrick McAndrew (Jack), Gorthbrack, Pullathomas, Ballina peacefully at Belmullet Community Hospital. Predeceased by his brother Mixie, sisters May, Eileen and Theresa. He will be sadly missed by his brothers John, Martin Joe, sister Nancy, brothers-in-law Tommy, Paddy and Brian, sisters-in-law Deirdre and Eileen, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Remains reposing at Healys Funeral Home, Barnatra on Wednesday evening from 6 o clock until 8 o clock. Remains will arrive at St. Patrick's Church, Inver on Thursday for Funeral Mass at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Pullathomas Cemetery. House strictly private for family members only.
