Patrick McDermott

McDERMOTT (Porterstown, Clonsilla, Dublin and formerly of Lissnagroagh, Manorhamilton, Co. Leitrim) April 30th 2025 (peacefully) surrounded by his family and in the loving care of the staff at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown. Patrick, beloved husband of Kathleen, cherished father of Miriam, John, Bláthnaid, Deirdre, Pádraig, Donncha, Tomás and their respective partners, devoted grandfather of Cormac, Michelle, Kate, Ross, Isabelle, Patrick, Rachel, Aisling, Sadhbh, Conor, Adam, Matthew and dear brother of Anne O’Connor (Limerick) and the late Sean, Hubert and Denis, uncle of the late Kevin McDermott and brother-in-law of the late Tom O’Connor. Sadly missed by his loving family, extended family and friends.

Rest in Peace

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Clonsilla Road on Sunday afternoon (May 4th) from 2pm to 5pm. Removal to St. Mochta’s Church, Porterstown on Monday morning (May 5th) arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am followed by burial in Rooske Lawn Cemetery. House strictly private and family flowers only, please. Donations if desired to Avista.
