On January 25th, 2026, Pat passed away unexpectedly at Galway University Hospital. Beloved husband of Celine and much-loved father of Enda, Dermot and Olivia, father-in-law of Lizzie and Siobhain and brother of Mary O’Toole (Boston). He will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by all his family including his beloved grandchildren and by the extended Molloy and Gallagher family, neighbours and friends. Predeceased by his brothers Raymond, Johnny, Hughie and Michael.

Wednesday, 28th January 2026

Pat will lie in Repose at the O’ Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, Galway (H91V1K8) from 5 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.

Thursday, 29th January 2026

Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Pat at 11 a.m. at the Church of Christ the King, Salthill and following Mass he will be laid to rest in Rahoon cemetery. Mass will be live streamed https://mcn.live/Camera/christ-the-king-church-salthill
