The death has occurred of the late Patrick (Pat) O'Keeffe (16th August 2020) late of Oliver Bond, colleague and head Gardner of RTE, passed peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at Blanchardstown Hospice. Beloved husband of Bernadette and devoted father of Sinead, Glen, Daniel, and Siobhan. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, daughters, sons, grandchildren, sisters, brothers, late brother Joe, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, relatives, neighbours and a circle of friends.

A private funeral will take place, due to government advice. A book of condolence is open below.
