Peacefully at the Regional Hospital, Tullamore. Pre deceased by his brother Anthony and his father in law Kevin. Patrick will be sadly missed and always remembered by his loving wife Andrea, daughter Demi-Leigh, his parents Patsy and Josie, sisters Michelle, Joanne and Megan, brothers in law, mother in law, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a very large circle of friends.

Reposing at 150 Arden View on Tuesday from 5pm until Rosary at 8pm. Removal on Wednesday morning at 9.30am to the Church of the Assumption, Tullamore arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am. Burial after Mass in Clonminch Cemetery, Tullamore.
