Patrick (Pa) O'Dwyer

Patrick (Pa) O’Dwyer of Rathkeale, formerly Rooska East, Carrigkerry, Co Limerick, globally known as “the Limerick Lion”, passed away suddenly on January 3rd, aged 40, leaving a huge void in the hearts of his family, friends and the strongman community in Ireland and across the world.

Forever loved and deeply missed by his partner Layna, his children Sienna, Rocco & Freddy, his parents Lena & Seanie, his brothers & sisters Siobhan, Kris, Sean & Liam, grandparents Sean & Chris Kelly, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family, his many friends, team-mates, sponsors & all who were inspired by his kindness, humour & strength.

Reposing at his parents residence at Rooskagh East, Carrigkerry, Athea, Co. Limerick V94 TF2K on Tuesday January 6th between 4pm and 8pm.

Arriving at St. Mary’s Church, Rathkeale, on Wednesday January 7th for 11:30 requiem mass & burial afterwards in Monagea cemetery.
