Patrick (Paddy) Barrett

Paddy passed away peacefully, on the 19th February 2024, surrounded by his loving family, in the tender care of the wonderful staff at the University Hospital Limerick, following a brief illness. Paddy beloved husband of the late Nora (Lolo) nee Roche, and cherished father-in-law of the late Rose. Dearly loved father of sons Kevin, David, Stephen and John, and daughters Catherine, Susan and Tishy. Paddy will be sadly missed by his son-in-law and great friend Eamonn (Hayes), his adored grandchildren Rebecca, Aimee, Emma, Jean, Paddy Roz, Lucy Kevin and Julia, and his great grandchildren Victoria, Emma, Eileen and Cillian, and by his brothers, sister, sisters-in-law, nephews and nieces, extended Roche and Barrett families, kind neighbours and a wide circle of friends and his beloved dog Mini.

Requiem Mass on Friday, 23rd of February 2024, at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Newcastle West at 11.30am followed by private cremation at Shannon Crematorium. Family flowers only please.
