Patrick (Paddy) Bermingham

Bermingham Patrick (Paddy), 20th April 2025, St. Brendan’s Crescent, Greenhills and formerly of The Coombe and ESB; died peacefully after a long illness and surrounded by his loving family under the compassionate care of the staff at St. James’s Hospital. Beloved husband of the late Breda, loving dad of Celine, Paula, John, Niamh and Sorcha. Much loved grandad of Erica, Seán, Joey, Grace, Faye, Michael, Ruth and Joy and great grandad of Sophie, Hannah and Ava.

Paddy will be forever loved and very sadly missed by his loving children, sons-in-law Mick, John, Ciarán and Aidan, grandchildren, great grandchildren, his sister Alice, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

The family would like to extend their thanks to all the staff of St. James’s Hospital who showed great kindness and compassion to Paddy while he was in their care.

Reposing at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, Crumlin Village on Thursday (24th April 2025) from 5pm to 7pm.

Funeral Mass on Friday (25th April 2025) at 10am in Church of the Holy Spirit, Greenhills followed by burial in Newlands Cross Cemetery.
