Patrick (Paddy) Canavan

Canavan Patrick (Paddy), (Edenmore and formerly of St Margaret’s Avenue NCR, Dublin), 29th of January 2026, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, in Beaumont Hospital. Beloved husband of the late May and loving father to Linda, Caroline and Robert, and predeceased by his son, Pat. Devoted Grandad to his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Sadly missed by his sons-in-law, Tony and Kevin, daughters-in-law, Carol and Karen, brothers-in-law, Patsy and William, sisters-in-law, Angela and Bernie, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Jennings Funeral Home, Springdale Road on Thursday afternoon, 5th February from 3pm to 5pm. Removal on Friday morning to St. Monica's Church, Edenmore, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11:30am followed by Cremation in Dardistown Crematorium.
