MacSweeney (Whitechurch) on August 8th, 2025 (peacefully) in the presence of his loving family, at Curam Nursing Home, Carrigaline, PATRICK (PADDY), Dromgarriff, Whitechurch (late Mac’s Meat Market). Beloved husband of Lily (nee Mohally), loving father of Greg, Seiglinde (Murphy), Mark, Vivienne (Mallen), James & Lisa and brother of Esther, Isabel, Carmel, Robin, Keith and the late Vivienne. Sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughters, his 15 grandchildren & great-grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, sons-in-law Terry & Ger, Greg’s partner Hilary, Lisa’s partner David, relatives and friends.

Reposing at his home (T34 E267) on Tuesday from 5:00pm to 7:00pm with prayers at 6:45pm. Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 11:00am at St. Patrick’s Church, Whitechurch.
