Patrick (Paddy) McDermott

Peacefully, at University College Hospital, Galway. Predeceased by his wife Margaret and his daughter Catherine.

Deeply regretted by his son John, daughters Anne Finnegan (Lisheen), Margaret McCauley (Creeveroe, Newbridge, Ballinasloe), Sadie (Trumra, Granard, Co. Longford) and Mary Lyons (Ballyhaigue, Williamstown), his daughter-in-law Caroline, his sons-in-law Luke, Pat, Seamie and Michael; 11 grandchildren;  his sister Margaret (U.S.A.);  niece, nephews, relatives and friends.

Rest In Peace

Reposing at Divilly's Funeral Home, Glenamaddy, on Friday, 16th October. from 7pm to 8pm. Funeral will be held in line with current Covid-19 restrictions, with walk by viewing. In adherence with current government guidelines, a private Funeral Mass will be held in St. Patrick's Church, Glenamaddy, on Saturday, 17th October at 2pm.` Burial afterwards in Creggs Road Cemetery, Glenamaddy.
