Rooney, Patrick (Paddy),
Coolbeg, Drumcliffe, Co. Sligo
and formerly of Hollyfield, Ballintrillick, Co. Sligo, August 8th 2023,
peacefully at Sligo University Hospital surrounded by his loving family.
(Ex staff of Sligo House Furnishers, High Street, Sligo).
Predeceased by his parents Mary and Michael, brother Michael (Mixie), sisters Sr. Margaret-Ann and Mary-Kate. Dearly loved husband of Mary and father of Margaret, David, John and Terry. He will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his family, loving sister Teresa, son-in-law Seán Gilmartin, cherished grandchildren Ellen and Sarah, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at Seán Feehily’s Funeral Home, Cartron Cross, Sligo F91EH98, on Wednesday, August 9th, from 5.30pm to 7.00pm. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 12 noon on Thursday, August 10th, in Saint Colmcille’s Church, Rathcormac, Sligo. Burial follows in Rathcormac Cemetery.
